Currently every user has access to:
ekg{,2}, irc (bx, irssi), mail (mutt, also pop3/imap and thru www)
his own www site (php/python/perl CGI) (http://el-kfa.net/~username, and can request http://vhost.el-kfa.net/ )
also local database access on request (mysql) i and other toys (repo svn/cvs, tunel vpn)
